| Cancelation 24 hours prior to the lesson start time | Re-book or full refund |
| No show for lesson | |
| Late | No refund / your instructor will wait 30 minutes for you to arrive, at which point the lesson is lost |
| MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS |

| 7 days before the 1st week of the program | Re-book or full refund |
| Within 7 days before the 1st week of the program | Re-booking / no penalty / no refund |
| Cancelation within 24 hours | No re-booking / No refunds |
| No show for lesson | No refund / no rebooking |
| Late | Attempts will be made to join group if possible |
| *Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made in full |
